Bayside Eye Specialists is dedicated to the provision of excellent service and support to our patients, referrers and consulting ophthalmologists. In the long term, it is envisioned that most ophthalmology sub-specialties will be represented on site.

Brighton East

Bayside Eye Specialists is located at 323 Nepean Highway. This is a fully refurbished facility, purpose built specifically to cater for the needs of ophthalmologists, staff and patients.

Ample parking, including disabled parking, is provided at the rear of the property. Additional parking is available along the side street (Moore Street), and along both sides of the service road to Nepean Highway at the front of the property.

Ease of identification and access from main roads ensures a stress-free experience.

Public Transport

Bayside Eye Specialists is within easy walking distance of Gardenvale (>10minutes) and North Brighton ( >15mins) Railway Stations.

Bus routes:

219 - runs along Nepean Highway and provides services between Brighton Beach Railway Station and Gardenvale.

220 - runs along North Road, 300m north, a nd provides services between Sunshine Railway Station and Gardenvale.

605 - runs along Kooyong Road, 600m north, and provides services between Gardenvale and Melbourne City.

630 - runs along Kooyong Road, 600m north, and provides services between Elwood and Monash University.

703 - runs along Bay Street, 600m south, and provides services between Middle Brighton and Blackburn Railway Station.

823 - runs along Bay Street, 600m south, and provides services between North Brighton and Southland Shopping Centre.

East Melbourne

Our East Melbourne location is situated at Level 2, 100 Victoria Parade.

Parking is available across the road at St Vincents Hospital for $17 a day. Additional parking is available along Victoria Parade however we urge patients to be cautious of the tow away zones and time limits.

Trams and buses are regular and Parliament station is a 5 to 10 minute walk.
